I licensed Chanalyzer for a year, after it changed from Tonic to Chanalyzer. But it seems to lack official support, which is annoying. Thus I post my problems here in the community.
I run preinstalled Windows 11 x64 Pro with latestet chanalyzer on Lenovo P16v AMD Ryzen 7 Pro.
I have several different cards which are in in the Chanalyzer HCL. When try to capture with 3 pcs e.g. DWA-X1850 I get “No packets detected from capture devices…” This did not happen with Win 10 x64 which I used before with Tonic.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Chanalyzer several times and proved that it was uninstalled completely. The program was run with local administrator rights. I was always patient to wait until Chanalyzer exchanged the drivers.
BTW: Is there an official support address for licensed/paying users?
