I look around but I wasn’t able to find where do I cancel my trial before it ends and my credit card is charged.

You can cancel your subscription from the Manage Team section of your signifi.metageek.com account here under Subscription Details > [...] > Cancel Subscription.
With that said, I went ahead and cancelled your subscription so nothing more is needed on your end!
