In the past I used inssider 2.0 and could view multiple real time signal graphs on one screen:
Changed my laptop and am now using inssider 5.4.0, but I can only view one real time graph at a time.
Is there a way to view multiple real time signal graphs like with inssider 2.0?

Currently, the only way inSSIDer can display multiple radios in the signal-strength-over-time graph is if the multiple radios share the same SSID. You can access the signal-strength-over-time graph by clicking the View Network Details binoculars icon:
Since my network has 3 radios sharing the same SSID, I can see all of these radios plotted:
The only current software that shares the same engine as inSSIDer 2.0 and allows for multiple radios to be graphed regardless of SSID is Chanalyzer, which can be purchased here. Here you can see multiple networks graphed out over time regardless of SSID:
