Hi there. I just started using inSSIDer today to help optimize channel selection for my Wifi (Sky Q). For some reason my 2.4GHz graph is empty. I only see signals in the 5GHz graph? Any idea how I can see the 2.4GHz signals?

Hmm, it sounds like maybe your WiFi adapter is either faulty, doesn’t support the 2.4 GHz band, or maybe has some erroneous driver settings. I recommend grabbing something external like the Edimax EW-7833UAC AC1750 here which should be able to capture all networks on the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands.

Good afternoon. I have a similar problem with the 5.5.0. Nothing appears in the 2.4 GHz section. I do see signals in the 5 GHz section. Now, the interesting part is, that I also have Inssider 4.2.3.7. In the 4.2.3.7 version I see signals in both the 2.4 and 5 GHz sections. Do you have any thoughts?
