Invoice request issues

I have requested it like 4 times and till now no reply.

A shipping order is not the same as an inovice yet this is what I got.
I informed the support about it but I was ignored.
My company cannot process this purchase because of it.

Hmm, I didn’t see any response come through… Can you please send a screenshot of the email with the Reply To visible so I can better troubleshoot this issue?
