For example: My NAS shows up using the same ip address as the wired one and it does not have a wireless device. My TV shows up, although it does have a wireless device but I have it directly wired so not using it. One of out laptops shows up with the ip that the wired device uses…what am I missing?

inSSIDer uses experimental LAN or IP scanning which means it will also display all wired clients alongside wireless clients (with a PCAP adapter and Plus subscription). I talk about it a little more in detail in this post here.
