All Networks are not showing

Hello everyone. I am new here.

  1. Initially, I installed "inSSiDER on my first PC. I can see all the networks, including mine.

  2. I installed or used “inSSiDER.exe” on a second PC, but I only see my network when I view all Networks. Is this normal, and do I have to use the program on my first PC to see “All Networks?”
