I have a Wi-spy 2.4x USB device and it doesn’t seem to be loading neighbouring networks / SSID on the Chanalyzer, it used to but haven’t used it in awhile. Is there a setting I need to change to get the info back up on display?
Hey @jared! Double-check that you’ve got a Wi-Fi adapter on board that is working. Chanalyzer gets spectrum data from the Wi-Spy, and Wi-Fi scanning data from a Wi-Fi adapter (either built-in, or USB). If that doesn’t clear everything up, let us know. Thanks!
