Can you Use 20/40 BSS Coexsistance in Japan?

Trying to find out if it is allowed in Japan to allow on the 2.4G radio the use of 20/40 BSS Coexistence in Japan. I have looked around on the internet but I can’t find anything that it’s allowed or if Japan only allows 20Mhz wide channels.

I believe 40 MHz wide networks in the 2.4 GHz band can be deployed in Japan, no problem. Hopefully someone with more expertise can confirm!

According to Juniper Networks 40 MHz is not supported on 2.4G band in Japan.
