I know snapshot wasn’t created, because of the Whoops! message and the status that no snapshots have been created.
I don’t know how to fix it.

I just joined and am getting the same thing. Unfortunately, I’m not able to go on to further screens without that succeeding so I’m stuck.

It looks like your account is subscribed to Signifi Personal, which is a bit different than MetaGeek Plus and will not unlock Snapshots in inSSIDer. You can download Signifi Agent here (Mac version here) and your MetaGeek account credentials to log in (no license keys required!)
