Could your IT department use help troubleshooting your employees’ WFH WiFi?

After announcing Rampart Home a couple weeks ago, the feedback started rolling in– but not just from at-home users themselves. IT folks have been asking for a company-wide subscription and how Rampart Home could be used by IT to help support employees working from home.

For employees, students, and teachers working from home, stable WiFi is just as crucial as ever, but now users are separated from the helping hand of IT support, and they’re left to try and figure out WiFi on their own.

Sure, you can sort of make due with help desk calls, screenshots of network configuration checkboxes, and back-and-forth emails about error messages, but what if the IT department at your office or university could get a snapshot of your network details to speed up the investigation and get the user back online ASAP? It seems like a win-win from the users we’ve heard from.

So, how about you? Do you work for an organization where this service could be beneficial? We’d love to hear from you in the comments!
