Error message: License service currently unavailable

Hi!

I have a massive issue with all my license key (approx 260)

When we change a laptop for a new one and we use the same key and same software version, we get an error message : License service currently unavailable. Please check your internet connection and try again.

I’m not behind a firewall or VPN.

Sorry to hear about the trouble! This was caused by a licensing change that only affects older versions of Chanalyzer. Please update to this slightly newer version here and try registering with your key(s) again.

I need to update the licence or only the software?

If that doesn’t work, can you try downloadingfrom a different browser such as Google Chrome or FireFox?

As of today this is not working anymore. Have the same error with version 5.10.0.3. What can I do?
