Support WiFi 6 (802.11ax) in Eye P.A

Hi all,

We have question about support wifi 6 in Eye P.A.

We captured the communication between the AP and the client (both devices are wifi 6). But in the Eye P.A. some values are unreadable. We have latest version 2.3.1.8.

When will the Eye P.A. fully support wifi 6?

Hi Petr,

It appears that the next update of Eye P.A. will include more 802.11ax functionality. I am not sure when this update will get released.

In the meantime, are you able to send over your WiFi 6 .pcap file to support@metageek.com so I can forward to our engineering team?

Hi,

I’m using Eye P.A. to capture some wifi6 transmissions. I’m seeing some suspicious results, but I’m not sure if that’s related to wifi6.

Could you please tell me if wifi6 is supported nowadays?

I’m running Eye P.A. 2.4.2.7 with a TP-LINK Archer T9-UH v2.
