Hi all, I recently surveyed a building that had offices across two floors; one wsx file opens ok and I can interrogate the data and generate a report. However, when I attempt to open the other wsx file, nothing happens. Nothing loads, the screen stays the same and there is no indication of an error or any other messages.
Both scans were taken on the same day. The first-floor scan is 1,208KB and the second-floor scan is 3,096KB. All I can think is that the file size is too big and for some reason throwing a spanner in the works.
Are there any tools that can be used to check whether the file is corrupt? I tried opening the file on two different laptops running Chanalyzer and got the same result.
