I’ve just bought a licence for the MetaGeek Enterprise Suite. I’ve received a confirmation email. I can see the transaction on my card but I have no licence/subscription code? I can see codes for previous purchases, but not this new one.
Hi @nickelson! MetaGeek Enterprise Suite is a subscription that is tied to your MetaGeek Account. If you log into your MetaGeek Account at my.metageek.com. and visit the Licenses tab, you should see MetaGeek Enterprise Suite listed under the Subscriptions section.
You should be able to log into Tonic, Chanalyzer, and Eye P.A. with your MetaGeek Account. If you have any trouble, give us a shout at support@metageek.net and we’ll get everything taken care of. Thanks!
