I have been using InSSider Home for some years now on Win10. Went to use it today and it did not open. Did a repair, same result, uninstalled with Revo and reinstalled with new installer file. Same result. Version 5.4.0.0 works fine. Any insights?

As you are probably aware, we discontinued inSSIDer Home many years ago. I will list some troubleshooting steps that may still help regardless:
Can you try deleting your User Settings folder?
Clear the User Settings Folder
And also try repairing your .NET framework:
