After using inssider 22.214.171.124 for quite some time now, it has been crashing regularly at clients homes. It wil stay open for about 5 minutes, then just close. Should I reinstall and reactivate the license key, or is there another route to correct.

Can you try deleting your User Settings folder?
Clear the User Settings Folder
And also try repairing your .NET framework:
