After renewing my license a new team (Team M) was created and the old team (CATX) was not visible. We renamed Team M, but that didn’t merge the new one into the old one. Now we have snapshots for the same customer under different teams. Is there a way to merge the snapshots or the teams?

I have moved all of your sites to the new team.
I will work on combining the two sites with the same name into one single site. I will let you know as soon as that is done.
Hi @jvelasquez! I merged your two sites and your snapshots now show a second visit to the same customer site. Your snapshot data should now look correct.
