No Internet error/XML dump

Hello. I used Signifi on my laptop during a recent family trip and it was useful in showing my kids that we had a really slow Internet connection in our rental and that’s why they couldn’t all stream Netflix and Disney+ simultaneously. The rental used a captive portal (Ruckus) that required a logon. At one point, Signifi attempted a scan and generated and XML dump rather than a user friendly message. I think I have attached a screen shot of the error.


Ha, wow! That’s a fun one. I’ve got a ticket opened to improve Signifi Agent’s handling of captive portals, which should keep this from happening. Thanks for reporting this!
