Sorry to hear about the trouble! Do you happen to be using an anti-virus or anti-malware software that may be restricting Signifi’s access to the internet?
I have the same problem. The Signifi Personal audit scan shows no internet connection. Of course, I am connected to the internet. And then it will not send the report. I can do nothing with this app.
I also turned off my antivirus software. No change. I am running Windows 10 Pro, and Firefox 96.02, 64 bit.

The Signifi Personal audit scan shows no internet connection. Windows 10. I have Ethernet adapter disabled. I can access everything on the Internet with my Wi-Fi Adapter just fine. This is not working out.
inSSIDer still works fine, I guess I’ll continue to use that. inSSIDer works fine with both Ethernet and Wi-Fi adapters enabled.
Same issue. I have a mesh router with satellites… does that affect the report working?
