Signifi Agent Snapshot Failed

Result of audit scan:

“Snapshot failed”

“Oops! Your snapshot didn’t send correctly for some reason. Please try taking the snapshot again.”

Multiple attempts, same result.

Note: Audit also reported No internet connection. (While connected to internet.)

I use Windows 10 Pro, and 64 bit Firefox 96.0.2

I turned off my antivirus and firewall temporarily. No change.

I’m getting exactly the same result, including displaying that there is no internet connection even though it also displays my correct public IP.
