The Signifi Personal app doesn't display speed connection to INTERNET provider

I see displayed the speed connection between computer and router but no between router and internet. I logged out several times it but nothing. Any suggestions?

Ijust register for a Trial and now on the Wifi Audit page the botton RESCAN LOCATION doen’t do anything. I’m in a Home network or my House.

Hi @fgalue! Sometimes it takes a while for account changes to show up in Signifi Agent; please sign out and back in to Signifi Agent. This should fix the Rescan Location issue. Thanks!
