Program keeps shutting down on my macbook pro

Greetings,
I would like some guidance on why the inSSIDer program keeps crashing every time I go to open it. I am using Chrome and do not have a VPN. I am running Mac High Sierra ver 10.13.1. Thanks for your help.

Can you please try using this installer for inSSIDer and let me know if that helps? It is intended for mac OS 10.13 and lower.
