Ah, do you happen to have a third party anti-virus software that may be restricting Signifi’s operation, such as Norton or McAfee?
I have the exact same problem and I don’t have any antivirus software installed besides standart Windows 10 built in security. I have tried launching your software as an administrator but this didn’t help.
